TSA Consulting Group

Once on the TSA Consulting Group website, hover your mouse over the word Individual, then click Employers (top choice). Once there, select your state as Massachusetts from the Select Your State dropdown menu on the right, then Select Your Employer/Plan Sponsor which is the Sandwich Public Schools. All of the approved vendors and their contact information will appear as well as some helpful forms on the bottom right.
