Printing

PaperCut Mobility LogoStaff can now easily print from any device across the district using the new PaperCut Mobility printing system!

Below are quick setup guides for various types of devices. If you have any trouble setting up Mobility Print or logging in to print, you can submit a Help Desk support ticket here.

Chromebooks/Chrome browser
Anyone using a Chromebook or who is logged in to their Chrome browser on a PC/Mac already has the Mobility Print extension pre-installed. When you go to print, click on the Destination drop-down and then click on "See more..." You will then see a list of all available printers for the building you're in, and they will have the PaperCut icon next to them: PaperCut icon
Once you select a printer and click Print, you will then be prompted for a login - you can simply click the Sign in with Google button, or you can also type in the first part of your Sandwich email address (jsmith for example) and Sandwich Google account password. There is also a Remember Me checkbox that will save your login info on that device so you won't need to sign in each time to print.

Windows
Please see the tech department at your building so that we can install the setup file for you as it requires an administrator password to install. If you're using Chrome on Windows and you're logged in to your Chrome browser, you can print from Chrome using the instructions above without needing the Windows app, which is only needed for printing from other Windows apps like Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.

iOS/macOS
Printing on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac is easy - no setup required, just go to print as you normally would and you will see a list of available printers (on a Mac, under Printer, select the "Nearby printers" list). When you go to print you will be prompted for a username and password - your username is the first part of your Sandwich email address (jsmith for example) and your password is your Sandwich Google account/email password.

Android
Android users can download the Mobility Print app from the Play Store. Once installed, it will ask you to make sure a couple of app permissions are turned on. Then, go to print like you normally would. Available printers will appear with the Mobility Print logo next to them: PaperCut Android icon
You will be prompted for a username and password - your username is the first part of your Sandwich email address (jsmith for example) and your password is your Sandwich Google account/email password.
